Tradesperson

Grant Painters regularly equip key staff with licences / qualifications for scaffolding, operation of elevating work platforms and working at heights. Qualified staff are employed under the terms of an approved EBA. Company uniforms are supplied after a qualifying period.

Apprentice

Apprenticeships are on offer from time to time. Because of the diversity of work, our apprentices become well rounded tradespeople who are encouraged to seek promotion and advancement within the company.

Year after year, Grant Painters have been appointed and trusted to maintain the high levels of security clearance, safety and quality standards required at some of Australia’s largest defence facilities including Townsville’s Lavarack Barracks.

Since 2005 Grant Painters has collected 8 Queensland MPA awards, 10 North Queensland MPA awards and a Mackay Regional Council heritage award.
